Report cards were emailed to parents earlier this week, so please check you inbox for this message from Blount County Schools with the subject line "Notification from Blount County". Your child's report card is attached as a PDF file.
Important back to school information for Rising 6th Graders
2025-2026 grade cards will be emailed to guardians this week.
The Tennessee Department of Health requires proof of the following immunization be submitted to Heritage Middle School Clinic for your Seventh Grader for the 2026-2027 school year.
Tdap (Tetanus-diptheria-pertussis booster)
The above immunization must be submitted on a “Tennessee State Immunization Information System Certificate (TennIIS form).” These forms are available at your child’s doctor’s office, the Health Department or a walk-in clinic.
*Please send the completed form to the School Nurse at Heritage Middle. The immunization record deadline is October 13, 2026. Please have the immunizations completed as soon as possible.
