HMS is excited to host a monthly art club. In a typical Art Club meeting, students complete a small 1-day art project or activity. Usually, it is an activity that is exclusive for Art Club and not taught in our Art classes. Students are encouraged to get to know others and can hang out with their fellow Art Club friends while they work. Currently, we have 1 meeting a month for 6th grade Art Clubbers and 1 separate meeting for combined 7th and 8th grade Art Clubbers. These meetings are typically after school from 3:30-5:00 pm. Meeting dates and activities are posted to the HMS Website calendar as well as to the Art Club Google Classroom (link below). Students and guardians do need to complete a signature form before joining, so swing by the Art room for information on how to join!
